Class vs. Location in Quickbooks: Best Practice for Investors
Dec 03, 2025It's the most common question I get: Can't I just use "Location" to track my properties? You can...but there's an optimal alternative. Use Location to track "entity-specific" tracking...use Class and/or Customer to track property-specific transactions.
